Saint Christopher, composed in conjunction with Jan’s being named official artist of the official Formula One after-party for The Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore’s Grand Prix Season, is a totem and a tribute to British contributions to the world; bringing not only private and imperial interests, but also things like English common law, helping lay a stable groundwork for the safe, vibrant, democratic, and healthy societies to come; in America, in Singapore, and wherever its empire has reached.
For each former colony, the United Kingdom remains an honored and respected influence, like an honored parent or member of one’s extended family, which is a telling sign of the good job they have done as a society, and as stewards of the advancement of humankind.
