In Wanted, Jan is set into a vintage ad for Maidenform bras, lampooning the notion that a woman’s ‘dream’ aspiration should be to be desired as a sexual object by a man. As with Lucky Strike, New And Improved, and Soft Shoulder, Wanted reflects on the ways advertising and marketing messaging can ‘get it wrong.’
